LENS Tester Terms

Lens-AI-Social Intelligence LLC ("LENS", "we"), a Colorado limited liability company, runs this test. By checking "I agree" you accept these terms.

1. Who can test. You must be 18 or older.
2. It's a test build. LENS is unfinished. It may break, give wrong reads, or change without notice. It's provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using a test build.
3. Room chatter (audio words) during testing. If you receive a Room chatter code, you confirm that you live in Colorado and that the city and ZIP you gave are true, and you agree to use that feature only while you're in Colorado. Only record where you're openly present. Never record private conversations, and never record where recording others isn't allowed. You're responsible for how you use it. We may turn off access for anyone who misuses it, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
4. Help improve LENS. It arrives in a test update. When it does, it's on by default for testers. Your read results (never photos, video, audio, or location) go only to the LENS team to help fix problems, and they're never shown to other users. You can turn it off anytime in Profile. Details are in the Privacy Policy's Beta testers section.
5. Your feedback. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve LENS without paying you or naming you. You keep any rights you already had.
6. No secrecy required. You can talk about LENS. Please don't post other people's photos, audio, or reads.
7. Leaving. You can quit anytime by leaving the test in Google Play. You can also ask us to delete your tester data at privacy@lens-ai-socialintelligence.com. We can end the test or your access at any time.
8. Thank-you. Every tester gets the same thing: early access to new LENS features. At the end of the test we'll email you asking if you'd like your first name listed as a “Founding tester” on our website. It only happens if you reply yes, and you can ask us to remove it anytime. There's no cash, gift card, or prize, and nothing is tied to rating or reviewing LENS.
9. Google Maps. The Nodes map uses Google Maps. Your use of the map is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
10. Colorado law governs these terms.
